About Mariam
There was a stretch of my life where I was spending upwards of $300 a month on supplements, waking up for 3-hour morning routines (workout, meditation, breathwork, journaling, all of it), and still ending most nights in front of a box of ice cream cones I couldn’t stop eating. I had no idea what was actually going on in my own body, and I was terrified to eat the “wrong” thing.

Sound familiar?
You have cut things out, started over, done the programs, and still cannot figure out why it never sticks. Meanwhile the plans keep promising results and delivering guilt.
You walk into a doctor’s office, tell them something is off, and get handed a multivitamin and sent home.
You are doing everything you think you are supposed to do. And you are still not feeling good.
The problem was never your effort. It was the information.

I know because I was you.
I spent years as a pharmacist. I had the career. The credentials. And I watched people walk out with prescriptions that managed their symptoms without ever addressing what was actually causing them. I was part of a system that treated symptoms without asking why they were there in the first place.
I was also that person at home using food as my only way to cope with a hard day. Tired of being tired. Doing everything I thought I was supposed to do and still not feeling good. My labs looked fine. Everything was normal. Normal was not enough.
I got tired of being jerked around. So I left. I got certified in nutrition and health coaching and went looking for real answers.
What I learned changed everything. Every plan I had ever followed went from zero to one hundred with no stairs in between. Nobody taught me why things worked. Nobody gave me the tools for the hard days. When I could not follow it perfectly I was told that was my fault.
It was not. And yours is not either.
With the right tools and guidance I was able to finally feel like myself again, feel good in my body and have energy to do all the things I love. This transformation was so profound, I knew I had to help others experience the same. That’s why I created Fueled for Greatness.
Most people don’t want to never have a cookie again. They want to feel in control around it. They want to make that conscious intentional choice rather than feeling like the cookie is making the decision for them.
That is what we work toward.
I am a business owner. I understand you are not living at the gym or spending hours in the kitchen. I am always going to be in your corner, always curious about your specific experience, because you are the only one who actually knows your body and your life.
Think of it like filling cups. If you are trying to fill five at once none of them ever get full. We fill one at a time. One thing, done well, until it holds. Then we build on it. That is how change actually sticks.
